Wenn die Pfanne richtig heiß ist, geben Sie einen Esslöffel Olivenöl hinein. Tomatenfruchtfleisch und Petersilie untermischen, ohne Deckel etwa 5 Minuten bei mittlerer Hitze einkochen lassen. Oliven und Sardinen unterrühren. Pfanne vom Herd ziehen, etwas abkühlen lassen, dann Semmelbrösel, Käse, Zitronensaft untermischen, Salz und Pfeffer zugeben und alles in die Tomaten füllen. Tomaten nebeneinander in eine feuerfeste Form geben, übriges Öl über die gefüllten Tomaten tröpfeln. Tomaten auf der mittleren Schiene etwa 30 Minuten backen damit die Bröselmischung schön braun werden kann.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>

Porree darin goldgelb frittieren.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Frittierten Porree auf 8 Schälchen verteilen. Jede Jakobsmuschel in eine Schale legen und sofort servieren.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Die Mischung nur ganz dünn auf die Muscheln streichen, sonst werden sie nicht knusprig.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>

Aus den 4 großen Kartoffeln mit einer Gemüse-Spaghetti-Maschine Spaghetti herstellen und diese dann um die Roulade wickeln.
