Lorbeer und Fleischstücke hinzugeben. Das Ganze bei mittlerer Hitze zugedeckt ca. 1 Stunde köcheln lassen, bis sich das Fleisch von den Knochen löst. Mit Pfeffer und Salz abschmecken.
