Gurke waschen, putzen und in Scheiben schneiden. <br />Kartoffeln herausnehmen, auf Küchenpapier abtropfen lassen. 1 Esslöffel <br />Öl in die Pfanne geben und übrige Kartoffeln ebenso braten.
