Dann 40 Minuten in kochendemWasser garen, abgießen und gut abtropfen lassen. Zwiebeln und Knoblauch grob hacken und mit den Kichererbsen in einen Küchenmixer geben.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">3. Kreuzkümmel, Koriander, Harissa, Salz Natron und Eier zugeben. Alles zu einer glatten Masse pürieren. 30 Minuten ruhen lassen.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">4. Aus der Kichererbsenmasse mit einem kleinen Eisportionierer 30 gleich große Bällchen abstechen. Bällchen mit nassen Handflächen nochmals nachformen.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">5. Für den Tomaten-Petersilien-Salat den Joghurt mit Zitronensaft, Olivenöl, Kreuzkümmel, etwas Salz und Pfeffer verrühren.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">6. Tomaten längs vierteln, entkernen und die Viertel nochmals längs halbieren. Petersilienblätter abzupfen und mit den Tomaten zur Joghurtsauce geben. Vorsichtig unterheben.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">7. Öl auf 160 Grad erhitzen und die Bällchen darin nach und nach in 2-3 Minuten goldgelb frittieren. Auf Küchenpapier abtropfen lassen. </span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Salat mit den Kichererbsenbällchen anrichten und mit abgezupften Korianderblättern servieren.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>
