Einen Stabmixer (Zauberstab) mit dem Quirl auf den Boden des Gefäßes stellen. Den Stabmixer auf die höchste Stufe schalten und etwa 5 Sekunden unbeweglich auf dem Behälterboden stehen lassen. Anschließend schräg halten und sehr langsam an der Becherwand von unten nach oben ziehen.</span></div></li></ul></div><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-group"><h4 class="wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold">Vorsicht:</h4><ul class="wprm-recipe-instructions"><li id="wprm-recipe-4070-step-1-0" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Durch zu schnelles Hochziehen, kann die Mayonnaise gerinnen. Wenn sämtliche Zutaten mit dem Öl abgebunden sind, kurz durchrühren, damit alle Gewürze gut miteinander verbunden sind. Um eine fettreduzierte Kräuter-Mayonnaise herzustellen, werden für den Eier-Käse-Salat 4 EL der Grund-Mayonnaise in eine Schüssel gegeben und mit 1 TL Dill, fettarmem Joghurt und etwas Essig cremig zusammen gerührt.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Jetzt noch die hart gekochten Eier schälen und mit dem Eischneider, oder einem Messer, erst in Scheiben und dann in Würfel schneiden, die Essiggurken und den Käse ebenfalls würfeln und unter die Kräuter-Mayonnaise mischen.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>
