Masse in ausgebutterte 4 Porzellanförmchen füllen und bei 200Grad im Rohr ca. 20 Minuten backen. Bratrückstand mit Tomatenmark reduzieren - dann mit Mehl stauben - mit Rotwein und Suppe angießen - gut einkochen lassen - Sauce passieren und mit Obers vollenden. Nochmals abschmecken.
