Den Parmaschinken auf Pergamentpapier ca. 30x15 cm auslegen, das Tomatenpesto darauf verstreichen, den Seeteufel darauf legen und mit Hilfe des Pergamentpapiers fest zusammenrollen. Die Schinkenrolle mit Hilfe des Pergamentpapiers in eine Auflaufform gleiten lassen und im vorgeheizten Backofen 20-30 Minuten garen.
