Die leeren Eierschalen ausspülen und von <br />Innen vorschichtig mit einem Papiertuch trocken tupfen. Ei-Ränder mit <br />kleiner Schere bearbeiten, falls die Ränder grobzackig sind. Das Innere <br />jeder Eierschale mit weicher Butter bestreichen und die Eigelbe in die <br />Eierschalen zurückgeben. Die Eierschalen in  Eierbecher ablegen. Auf jedes der gekochten Eigelbe etwas fein gehackten <br />Schnittlauch geben. Den Sherry mit Balsamico vermengen, mit frisch <br />gemahlenem schwarzem Pfeffer und Meersalz abschmecken und hinzugeben. <br />Den Inhalt der Eierschalen mit Ahornholzsirup besprühen bzw. beträufeln.<br />  Die geschlagene Sahne  bis an den Rand der Eierschalen füllen. Sofort <br />servieren.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>
