Mit dem Ausstechring (3 cm Durchmesser) 36 Rondellen aus dem Blätterteig ausstechen, mit dem kleinen Ausstechring (1 cm Durchmesser) nun bei 24 Rondellen die Mitte aus dem Blätterteig ausstechen und diese aufbewahren. Wenn du keine Ausstechringe dieser Grösse besitzt, dann schau dich am besten im Haushaltt um. Es finden sich immer Dinge die sich „zweckentfremden“ lassen (z. B. Leimdeckel oder Pet-Flaschendeckel). Wichtig ist nur, dass du diese vorher gründlich sauber machst.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-318-step-0-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen. Die 6 Rondellen ohne Loch auf das Backpapier geben und den Rand sauber mit Eiweiss einstreichen. Jeweils eine weitere Rondelle auf den Eiweissrand auflegen und Vorgang jeweils 4 Mal wiederholen, sodass jedes Pastetli aus 5 Lagen inklusive Boden besteht. Pastetli auf dem oberen Rand leicht mit Eigelb einstreichen.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-318-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Die letzten 6 Rondellen mit auf das Blech geben und ebenfalls mit Eigelb einstreichen, sie ergeben später den Deckel.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-318-step-0-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Pastetli für ca. 10-15 Minuten backen, bis sie goldbraun und aufgegangen sind.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-318-step-0-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Nun die Füllung vorbereiten. Dazu die Pouletbrust, Zwiebel und Champignons in feine Würfel schneiden. Schnittlauch in feine Streifen schneiden und Thymianblätter abzupfen.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-318-step-0-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Bratpfanne mit ein wenig Olivenöl erhitzen und alles stark anbraten, mit Meersalz, Pfeffer, Paprikapulver und Currypulver würzen.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-318-step-0-6" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Sofort mit dem Champagner ablöschen und mit dem Vollrahm verfeinern, evt. nochmals abschmecken. Ein wenig köcheln lassen bis der Rahm bindet, zum Schluss Schnittlauch und Thymian beigeben, die Pfanne durchschwenken und vom Herd ziehen.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-318-step-0-7" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Zum Anrichten einen kleinen Tropfen von der Champagner-Rahmsauce auf den Löffel geben und das Pastetli auflegen. So verrutscht es beim Servieren nicht. Pastetli nun vorsichtig mit dem Ragout füllen und mit Kerbel ausgarnieren, Deckel aufsetzen und sofort servieren.</div></li></ul></div></div>
