Dieses Mal braten wir den Fisch jedoch mit Haut. Eine Pfanne mit Öl erhitzen und die Fischfilets anbraten, herausnehmen, salzen und pfeffern und im Backrohr bei etwa 70-100° fertig garen lassen.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-447-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">In der Zwischenzeit die Zwiebel schälen und fein hacken. Nun die Butter in der Pfanne erhitzen, die Zwiebel anschwitzen und mit Mehl stauben. Mit dem Wein, Fischfond und dem Schlagobers ablöschen und einmal aufkochen lassen.
