In Frischhaltefolie 45 Minuten ruhen lassen. Für die Füllung zunächst das Brötchen in lauwarmem Wasser einweichen, Petersilie hacken und eine Zwiebel sowie den Speck fein würfeln. Ein Esslöffel Butter in eine heiße Pfanne geben und Speck und Zwiebel anschwitzen. Petersilie untermengen und Pfanne erkalten lassen. Den Inhalt zusammen mit dem ausgedrückten Brötchen, Hackfleisch, Brät, Spinat und zwei Eiern vermengen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-357-step-0-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Den Teig halbieren und jeweils auf einer bemehlten Arbeitsfläche rund und möglichst dünn ausrollen. Noch mal halbieren. Mit Wasser einpinseln und jeweils mit einem Viertel der Füllung bestreichen, dabei an den Rändern zwei Zentimeter frei lassen. Von der runden Seite her locker einrollen, vorsichtig flach drücken und portionieren. Mit dem restlichen Teig auf die gleiche Weise verfahren. In einem großen Topf Salzwasser oder Brühe aufkochen lassen und Maultaschen anschließend circa zehn bis 15 Minuten lang bei geringer Hitze ziehen lassen. Kleingeschnittene Zwiebel in Butter anrösten, Maultaschen herausnehmen und auf dem Teller anrichten. Zwiebel und Butter darüber gießen und mit Schnittlauch bestreuen.</div></li></ul></div></div>
