Die Schalotte fein würfeln und beides in der Butter leicht anbraten, nicht bräunen. Mit dem Wein und der Brühe ablöschen, den Knoblauch, fein gerieben oder zerdrückt, dazu geben und salzen. Ca. 20 Minuten zugedeckt köcheln lassen. Dann die Sahne dazu geben.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-398-step-0-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Alles gut schaumig pürieren. Wenn nötig, nochmal nachwürzen. 2/3 der Suppe in die Suppenschalen geben. In den Rest die klein geschnittene Petersilie geben und nochmal kräftig pürieren. Die leicht grüne Suppe vorsichtig auf die weiße Suppe gießen und servieren. Ich habe dazu einen Spieß mit marinierten Garnelen und frisches, selbst gebackenes Weißbrot serviert.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-398-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Beim nächsten Mal werde ich versuchen, etwas Spinat bei dem grünen Süppchen mit zu pürieren, weil die Farbe dann doch intensiver wird und es nicht zu sehr nach Petersilie schmeckt.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>
