Stellen Sie drei Teller oder flache Schüsseln bereit. Drücken Sie ein Stück Mozzarella <br />so in die Mitte der Bällchen, dass es komplett von Reis  mschlossen ist.<br /> Stellen Sie die Reisbällchen für mindestens 30 Minuten oder über Nacht <br />kalt.<br /><br /></span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-3428-step-0-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Geben Sie Öl in eine Fritteuse und heizen Sie diese auf 170 Grad. <br />Alternativ können Sie auch einen großen Kochtopf benutzen, den Sie zu <br />einem Drittel mit Öl füllen und erhitzen. Das Öl muss so heiß sein, dass<br /> ein Stück Brot, wenn Sie es hineingeben, zischt und nach 30 Sekunden <br />goldbraun ist. Tauchen Sie nun die Reisbällchen nacheinander in Mehl, <br />schütteln Sie überschüssiges Mehl ab und wälzen Sie die Bällchen <br />abschließend in Paniermehl.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;"><br />Frittieren Sie die Reisbällchen für 2 – 3 Minuten, bis sie rundum goldbraun sind.<br />Heben  Sie die Arancini mit einem Schaumlöffel aus dem Fett, lassen Sie die <br />Bällchen kurz auf Küchenpapier abtropfen und servieren Sie, solange der <br />Mozzarella im Inneren noch flüssig ist. Wenn gewünscht, können Sie die <br />Arancini mit Zitronensaft beträufeln.<br /><br /></span></div></li></ul></div></div>
